Thank you for applying to be a vendor at Dia 2019. This event will be held at Major Hillard Library in Chesapeake, VA on April 27, 2019 from 11:00AM – 4:00PM. Vendors will be confirmed February 15, 2019.

Please fill out the application below. Once approved, you will receive an email with a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) including an event overview, guidelines and vendor responsibilities. A physical copy of the MOA with your original signature must be turned in to Heather Simpson at Central Library – Youth and Family Services Department by April 15, 2019.

Vendor Spaces:
Only vendors that have permission of library staff will be allowed in the Library. Vendors are responsible for staffing their tables.
Table and chairs will be provided (one table per vendor).
  • Tables are assigned on a first-come first-served basis the day of the event.
  • Outlets are not guaranteed.
Any other materials needed for display are the responsibility of the vendor.
Emergency exits, doors and walkways must remain accessible to the public.
Set-up time is Saturday, April 27 from 9:00AM – 11:00AM.
Space should be cleared out by 5:00PM on Saturday, April 27, 2019.

Merchandise Policies:
All merchandise must be appropriate for family viewing.
Only prepackaged food with a nutritional label or list of ingredients is permitted.
Written permission from the artist and/or company owning rights to any art not produced exclusively by the vendor must be available upon request.
