Twelve year old Princess Sylvie has been trapped inside a story book for 80 years!  Everytime a person opens her book, she and all the other characters in it have to race from page to page to keep up with the reader.  They have to say their lines and act out their parts as the author wrote them.  The problem for Sylvie is that their story is the same one every time.  Nothing ever changes. That is, until Sylvie breaks the most important rule of all.  She looks up at the reader!

Born to read, forced to work.
